I’m Darin Hiraldo, a 24-year-old photographer based in Hawaiʻi specializing in commercial, product, runway, portrait, and sports photography. I’m Puerto Rican and Chinese, and while Hawaiʻi is where I currently live and create, my work is shaped by a mix of cultural influences and experiences that inform how I approach storytelling through the camera.

I discovered my love for photography through my mom, who first introduced me to the camera and encouraged me to notice the beauty in everyday moments. What started as curiosity quickly became a passion, and over the past six to seven years I’ve continued refining my craft while working with designers, brands, and creatives across Oʻahu. Today my work ranges from commercial campaigns and product imagery to runway shows, portraits, sports, and I’m beginning to explore wedding photography as well.
